Her background includes experience of restructuring and workforce reductions, individual job loss and redundancies due to changed circumstances, furlough, business transfers, contract drafting, sick leave issues, workplace conflicts, whistleblowing, provisional contracts and hiring, working hours issues, consultancy agreements, pensions questions, contractual early retirement scheme and tax questions.
