    Erik Greipsland has extensive knowledge within property law; planning and building in particular, both in the public and private sector. Erik also consults builders and contractors in planning and building projects from the early phases up to completion.

    In development projects, consulting consists of both seeing through and follow up regulation processes and building cases, negotiating development contracts as well as organising property. Erik works closely with architects, engineers and others in the development phase, and has a broad network of other consultants.

    After several years in the Planning and Building dept. in the city of Oslo, Erik has considerable knowledge with public processes concerning both planning & building law and administrative law.

    Erik is a frequent lecturer on planning and building topics and is also chair of the Planning and Building forum.

    Erik is one of the National Federation of House Owners in Norway’s permanent lawyers.
