    Carl Philip primarily assists with advice and disputes relating to real estate, including contract law and company law disputes, construction, the Residential construction act, the Alienation act, the Owner’s Section Act, the Act relating to owner-tenant, administrative law and the Planning and building act as well as appraisal process and rights issues. He also has expertise in insolvency / bankruptcy, enforcement and corporate penalties.

    He is engaged in environmental law and has experience in cases concerning the Nature diversity act and the environmental provisions of the Constitution, and he has expertise in the Firearms act, the Game act and hunting and fishing rights.

    Carl Philip has extensive experience with court proceedings as a lawyer, deputy judge and deputy state attorney, and regularly conducts cases in the courts. He also has expertise in arbitration and temporary protection.
